Unveiled at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025, Volta, Nocina, and Archi are three striking pieces from the Cromatica collection, designed by STORAGEMILANO for Fratelli Boffi. Together, they form a cohesive yet eclectic vision—where architectural language meets the sensuality of materials, and color becomes a tool of emotional resonance.

The Volta armchair serves as the collection’s bold manifesto. Available in two expressive versions—one in open-pore, green-stained maple wood and the other upholstered in velvet with a lacquered green base—it reinterprets classical vaults through contemporary bentwood structure. Its compact silhouette, arched legs, and flowing geometries evoke radical architecture with a refined retro soul.

The Nocina chair, offered in three variants, blends the tactile warmth of solid walnut with high-gloss lacquer, highlighting the contrast between tradition and innovation. With its enveloping backrest and lush velvet upholstery in tonal greens, it seamlessly bridges residential elegance and high-end hospitality.

Completing the trio is the Archi table, now reimagined with a circular top. Its sculptural base—formed by intersecting arches inspired by Renaissance vaults—transforms structure into ornament. The carved eucalyptus top, finished in high-gloss polyester lacquer, captures light and shadow in a refined play of texture and form.
