From 1 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, Bacha Coffee unveils a Festive Menu crafted to celebrate the season with refined flavour and elegant pairings. Each course is thoughtfully matched with one of Bacha’s 200+ single-origin 100% Arabica coffees, elevating the meal into a memorable holiday ritual.

The Capon Chicken Supreme
The Capon Chicken Supreme features tender chicken filled with minced chicken, sautéed chestnuts, and dried porcini, wrapped in Savoy cabbage and complemented by chestnut pulp, cranberry chicken jus, haricot verts, and berries coffee–glazed baby carrots — a delicate balance of savoury depth and aromatic brightness.

The Chestnut, Blackcurrant & Coconut Entremet
For dessert, the Chestnut, Blackcurrant & Coconut Entremet layers chestnut cream, chestnut paste, and raspberry–blackcurrant purée over a coconut dacquoise, finished with light coconut mousse and a glossy blackcurrant glaze. Elegant and textural, it pairs seamlessly with Bacha’s nuanced brews.

Seasonal Pastry: Bourbon Vanilla Tartlet with Kibira Rain Coffee
Bacha Coffee elevates festive indulgence with its Bourbon Vanilla Tartlet, a creation that embodies refinement and warmth. At its heart, a silky Kibira Rain Coffee ganache meets the delicate sweetness of Sabaton chestnut paste, layered with a rich Mount Kenya Coffee frangipane cream.
