As part of its April Rituals, Alila Villas Uluwatu presents a refined Easter experience set against the sweeping cliffs of Bali’s southern coast. Titled A Cliffside Easter Rhapsody, the celebration unfolds at CIRE Restaurant, where panoramic ocean views frame a thoughtfully curated springtime feast inspired by European flavours and delicately infused with Balinese nuance.

Crafted by Alila’s culinary artisans, the brunch reveals a vibrant tapestry of seasonal creations—from artisanal breads and pastries to elegant egg classics and garden-fresh selections, alongside indulgent local interpretations. Highlights include Chef Uri’s 12-year culture sourdough paired with stracciatella and candied lemon, an egg tartlet crowned with Sturia caviar, and a coal-roasted Catch of the Day served with chickpeas braised in tomato sambal—an elevated expression of the resort’s Local Flavor Twist.

The experience flows seamlessly into a whimsical dessert finale, where Easter-inspired creations such as The Egg, Bunny Garden, and a tropical pavlova bring a playful yet refined finish. To complement the journey, a bespoke cocktail and wine pairing—featuring creations like White Rabbit, Mad Hatter Tea, and Queen of Hearts—adds a spirited layer to the afternoon, alongside a curated selection of Old and New World wines and optional free-flow Champagne.
