A Brand – New Interpretation of the Arclinea “handle free” Kitchen.
Designed by Antonio Citterio in 2021 and characterized by a minimal aesthetic, Thea is the subject of an original configuration that offers a new version of the model, one of the most versatile of the entire Arclinea collection.

Thanks to its stylistic essentiality, Thea is suitable to the configuration of countless versions, due to the assortment of finishes and materials and their composition. The ductility of Thea’s project is clearly expressed in this layout, where an extensive linear work base develops like a ribbon along the walls of a bright space, housing a central cooking area with induction hob, integrated hood and double sink. Wall and open units are opposite to storage columns and a glass display, the appliances are arranged in order to rationalize the operating flows, while a generous size snack bar island plays a leading role in the middle of the room.

The most distinctive choice is the staves’ doors, able to integrate the separation lines between the units into their design, making the surface uniform. Textured, precious doors, result of a highly artisanal process, that in the chase of vertical lines play with the light and that enhance the qualities of natural wood to the touch. The effect of great overall refinement is completed by the combination of materials and finishes chosen for the top, wall units and equipped columns.

In continuity with the linear aesthetic of Thea, The Arclinea dining table and Panca bench seat, showed here in their “in niche” version, create a harmonious relationship between the kitchen and the dining area, and establish a dialogue between the workstations and the furnishings dedicated to conviviality. The combination of style and functionality makes this room a perfectly equipped workplace, but at the same time an enjoyable, warm, and bright space.
