Gerard Faivre Paris, kreator di balik konsep ‘Art Homes’, menawarkan apartemen prestisius yang direnovasi sepenuhnya dan siap huni. Menjadikan apartemen layaknya karya seni yang memukau, salah satunya adalah Avenue Marceau.
Flooring : Original parquet floor. Rug : Vienna Mozaic by Bisazza. Ceiling : a square alcove exists in the middle, printed with a cloudy silver sky. Lighting : Etch shade steel pendant lights by Tom Dixon. Once lit, the detailed metal pattern casts projected shadows on both the wall and the ceiling. Walls : painted in a subtle grey, in the. Wall paint : “Algae” by Ressources. Marble Coffee Table : created by Christine Rouvière for the Cinabre Gallery. Bronze Sculpture (on coffee table) : “Femme Plume” by Arnaud Kasper. Wall pictures : “Danse à l’opéra” and “Un Ange passé”, by Ludovic Baron.
Avenue Marceau terletak di jantung ‘Golden Triangle’ Paris, yang merupakan area perbelanjaan paling bergengsi. Tepatnya di Avenue Marceau, yang berjarak 100 meter dari Place de l’Etoile dan Champs Elysées. Apartemen seluas 272 m² ini terletak di lantai tiga sebuah bangunan Haussmannian yang didirikan pada 1880.

Menyajikan pemandangan ke arah Avenue Marceau dan Arc de Triomphe, hunian ini menjadi lokasi ideal untuk menikmati panorama klasik kota Paris. Untuk proyek ini, Gerard Faivre berkolaborasi dengan para seniman untuk mempercantik apartemen dengan sejumlah kreasi terpilih demi mengaksentuasikan keunikan hunian.

Dedikasi Gerard untuk menciptakan hunian dekoratif yang eksklusif tidak berbenturan dengan keinginannya untuk melestarikan sejarah dan keindahan apartemen Haussmann. Ia tetap mempertahankan flooring, moulding, ketinggian langit-langit, dan perapian. Untuk apartemen ini, dua tema interior tampil ke depan. Tema pertama, Gerard menyuguhkan mashrabiya, yang terinspirasi dari perjalanannya ke Marrakesh, dengan menebar atmosfer intim di sekujur apartemen.

Pada area entrance, lampu gantung Etch karya Tom Dixon memproyeksikan bayangan magis ke langit-langit. Karpet dengan mosaik Bisazza yang disusupkan ke dalam parket orisinal, menampilkan bentuk-bentuk geometris. Beranjak ke ruang makan dan dapur, pintu geser dengan kaca dekoratif dan elemen tekstil – oleh Alicia Aok – Nya Nordiska – mencuatkan eleganitas dan transparansi berkilau yang menghadirkan kenyamanan.

Chandelier is a contemporary creation, made with raw materials and precious metals, inspired by the relief of the Moon and planets. Sofas : “Turner” by Hannes Wettstein from Molteni and covered with “Paros” fabric by Hamilton Conté. Vintage lamp : “Tulipe” from the Gallery Central Park in Vichy.
Tema interior kedua yang diketengahkan adalah perpaduan antara unsur klasik Haussmann dan modernitas. Di area entrance, juga terdapat lampu gantung Etch dan dua karya fotografi oleh Ludovic Baron. Di main lounge, tepatnya di perapian, terdapat sculpture Victor Hugo karya Arnaud Kasper yang memunculkan impresi kontemplatif. Melangkah ke ruang makan dan dapur, tableware menyodorkan keanggunan material mentah, batuan semi mulia, dan kristal. Sementara kamar mandi didesain sebagai living space, menampilkan garis desain penuh kemurnian dari Boffi dan mosaik menawan dari Bisazza.

Made to measure alcove : with custom made closets made from perforated sheets inspired by Moucharabieh, “Rennaissance et Restauration.” Sofa : by Gérard Faivre which can also be used as extra sleeping space.
