58th Edition and Continues to Send Out a Special Message of Good Wishes
Within a month we shall reach the glorious festive seasons. So what’s new from Fornasetti?
Fornasetti presents the Piatto Calendario 2025, a traditional piece now in its fifty-eighth edition. This limited-edition collector’s item is handmade in porcelain and gold and inspired by the ‘Fasi del sole’ decoration Piero Fornasetti designed in the 1950s.

The anthropomorphic representation of the sun and constellations became a widely used theme by Piero from the 1940s onwards when, alongside Gio Ponti, he created the Annuari, twelve plates bound in calendar booklets offered to friends and devoted customers as Christmas gifts.

Presented by Zipblind
Since 1968 the Fornasetti calendar plate has carried a special message. This one for 2025, with the sun at its centre, expresses the wish for everyone to live the coming year under a lucky star.

Like all of the Atelier’s creations, the Fornasetti Calendar Plate is an invitation to free one’s imagination: whether hanging on the wall as a refined ornament, or embellishing the table as an exclusive festive decoration, this precious collector’s item brings a dreamlike quality to the atmosphere in any home.
